Prior to enrolling in the plan, we conduct a thorough assessment of your boiler to ensure its prime condition. All agreements with Mike Anderson Plumbing Ltd. and customers are 12-month contracts. Our plans offer various services based on the chosen option. The Boiler Servicing Plan requires a minimum 8-month duration before servicing. Services beyond plan coverage incur separate charges with a 5% discount. We cover a 35-mile radius from BS26 2BY. Reminders are sent 28 days before scheduled services. Coverage starts 28 days after the first payment; no claims can be made before this. Cancellation before the end date incurs a £25 fee. If work has been done within the plan cycle, the remaining balance must be paid. Wear and tear or misuse are not covered. Wear and tear refers to standard usage, not faults.
